Booking a 1:1 clinical consultation via the external clinic links is subject to separate clinical terms of service, which will be provided to you upon registration as a patient.

Digital products and refund policy

We sell downloadable digital guides. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you agree that by accessing or downloading the digital content immediately, you waive your 14-day right to cancel the purchase.

Payments and third-party platforms

All financial transactions and product deliveries are processed securely through our third-party partner, Practice Better.
